Co-Op

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for this co-op lease promotion, residents must meet the following criteria:

• Must be participating in a co-op or full-time employment opportunity located 40 miles or more away from Rochester Institute of Technology

• Must provide official documentation (offer letter or equivalent) verifying employment location and eligibility within required deadlines: June 20th 2027 to be released for Fall of 2027, and Dec 20th 2027 to be released from the spring semester of 2028.

• Must be approved by APEX management prior to lease modification

Failure to meet these requirements will result in the resident remaining fully responsible for the full lease term.

Promotion Details

For a limited number of approved applicants, APEX Apartments is offering the following incentives:

• No monthly premiums will be applied

• Reduced co-op release fee of $500 (one time charge)

Lease Modifications

• Residents participating in an eligible co-op will be released from the inactive portion of their lease term upon approval

• Residents must fully vacate the unit and return keys to the leasing office during their co-op term

• All standard move-out procedures must be followed
